Childhood Kidney Support Network

 

Description

The Childhood Kidney Support Network (CKSN) aims to enhance the lifestyle, health and wellbeing of children, teenagers and young adults who have chronic kidney disease, and their parents.

The organisation provides support, resources and information, a free resource library, parent support, chat forums, ambassadors and mentors program, activity programs for children in the haemodialysis clinic, and the CKSN Kidney Kids Activities program.
