Northern Queensland Primary Health Network

 

Description

The Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) has a focus on improving health for populations that are most at risk, such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and older Australians. The organisation are actively engaging people in communities through their Community Advisory Groups.

NQPHN fund a number of initiatives under the Indigenous Australians' Health Program these include:

The NQPHN provides services to Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, Cape York Peninsula and the Torres Strait regions of Queensland.
