South East Tasmanian Aboriginal Corporation (SETAC)

 

Description

The South East Tasmanian Aboriginal Corporation (SETAC) assists and supports Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people that are elderly and/or disabled.

SETAC aims to empower the Aboriginal people of South East Tasmania so that, through self-determination, decisions can be made that affect the lives of the people.

SETAC also exists to assist Aboriginal people to share in Australia's land, wealth and resources, contributing equitably to the nation's economic, social and political life, with full recognition of, and support for, the ongoing enjoyment and development of cultural heritage.
