Boorndawan Willam Aboriginal Healing Service (BWAHS) is a culturally safe service that supports the healing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders from the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Victoria. The service aims to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are assisted in their healing journey by providing opportunities to:

BWAHS offers a range of programs and services to support holistic healing, these include:

BWAHS was founded in 2006 through a grant from the Department of Human Services and builds on the back of the Indigenous Family Violence Task Force Report 2003, Boorndawan Willam Aboriginal Healing Service adheres to the holistic approach stipulated in that report.
