Softball Australia

Description

Softball Australia is the national governing body for softball in Australia and has over eight member states, 105 associations and more than 32,000 playing and non-playing individuals playing across Australia.

Softball Australia is governed by a board of seven independent directors elected by the eight member states and two directors appointed by the Board.

The directors have a vast array of experience and expertise, ranging from business, marketing and human resource management, through to participation in softball as players, coaches and officials at the highest levels and at the grassroots.

Softball Australia works with their member states, program partners and sponsors to promote and deliver softball to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in rural, urban and remote areas through their Indigenous softball program.
