National Emergency Management Projects (NEMP) program

 

Overview

The National Emergency Management Projects (NEMP) program is a targeted, competitive grant program that supports high priority national disaster resilience projects as identified by the Australia-New Zealand Emergency Management Committee (ANZEMC).

The NEMP program funds projects that deliver and support major, national, emergency management capability and development activities. Projects funded under the NEMP:

The NEMP programme offers funding to projects on a yearly basis, with approximately $3.6 million of funding to allocate per annum. The programme is administered by the Attorney-General's Department.
