Bachelor of Health Science (Applied Environmental Health)

 

Overview

Target audience: This course is suitable for people considering a career in environmental health

Course summary: This undergraduate degree prepares students for a career in environmental health, environmental management or risk management. Students will study links between the physical environment and human health; public health and sustainable development principles; human and environment interactions; environment and public health planning; and assessing and managing risks from environmental hazards on the health of people.

Students will receive practical experience through a work placement in their final year of study.
