Co-existing Disorders, Addiction & Mental Health

 

Overview

Target audience: Mental health workers who wish to understand co-existing disorders presented with mental health issues, to help support a holistic approach.

Course summary: This course examines the complex relationship between substance use or addiction and mental health problems. The course looks at the relationship between substance use and mental health issues and how one causes the other and why they so often will occur together.
