Menu planning for food allergies and intolerances in childcare

 

Overview

Target audience: Long day care coordinators, cooks, and outside school hours care educators

Course summary: This is an interactive workshop and participants will learn how to plan nutritious menus that accommodate various food allergies and intolerances.

Topics covered include:

The workshop is facilitated by an Accredited Practising Dietitian or Registered Nutritionist from Nutrition Australia. All materials will be provided on the day and participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end.
