Helping others live well with asthma sessions

 

Overview

Target audience: This education package has been designed to educate people working within the community who may work with or care for people who have asthma:

Course summary: Helping others live well with asthma sessions aim to equip professionals to support people with asthma to improve their quality of life and achieve improved asthma outcomes. The session aims to provide up to date, evidence based information on key asthma management principles. It also includes the consumer perspective and provides useful tips and education points to enable improved care when working with people with asthma. 

The Helping others live well sessions focus on the following:

Time allocated for this workshop is usually between 60 and 90 minutes.

Fee payable: free, currently these sessions are funded by the Australian Government, through Asthma Australia's Community support program.
