Indigenous governance program

 

Overview

Target audience: Directors, senior executives and leaders of Indigenous large and medium organisations

Course summary: This program recognises the unique challenges faced by the boards of medium and large Indigenous organisations. The program of six courses aims to develop skills, improve the quality of governance, and lead to more effective performance for the whole organisation. The courses can be delivered separately or combined, and are delivered as interactive facilitated half-day workshops. The workshops cover how to:
