An Introduction to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders

 

Overview

Target audience: Human service providers who work with women of child bearing age, their families and communities

Course summary: This course provides an overview of alcohol use and women, the impact of alcohol on the developing fetus, Fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) diagnosis, and FASD prevention including brief interventions and screening.

This course was developed in collaboration with the Telethon Kids Institute.
