Target audience: This course is appropriate for support workers, case workers and client contact officers in community work delivered through a broad range of services

Course summary: This qualification is available as a broad-based qualification or with a focus on either community services or community development work.

The course involves 13 units: eight core units and five elective units. Some course units include, but are not limited to:
