Aboriginal Community of Practice

 

Overview

Aboriginal Community of Practice is an event being held at the Department of Health in Perth, Western Australia to help develop a person centred care module supporting Aboriginal People. The event is suitable for subacute care clinicians, educators, researchers and policy makers who would like to provide better person centred care to Aboriginal people. It is also suitable for those working to support Aboriginal people, and those who are passionate about the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people. During this event, attendees will be able to have input and contribute their ideas, knowledge and wisdom into developing a training module for health professionals working with Aboriginal people.
