Community of Practice: Collaborating to build a Person Centered Care module for clinicians supporting Aboriginal people

Overview

This Community of Practice (CoP) forum will focus on the care of Aboriginal people in subacute care.

Participants will develop a person-centered training module for health professionals, working with Aboriginal people in subacute care, in Western Australia.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patient care and cultural learning guidelines is a recommended prior learning module, but it is not necessary for enrollment in the forum.
