Developing a Person-Centred Training Module for Sub-Acute Care Clinicians Supporting Aboriginal People

Overview

The Western Australian (WA) Community of Practice in Subacute Care is a monthly forum for the sharing and exchange of skills, knowledge and resources in subacute care.

The November 2017 forum is about developing a training module for sub-acute care clinicians who work with Aboriginal clients. Participants are invited to share their 'wisdom, experience, thoughts and ideas' in order to build a training module that meets everyone's needs.

Please RSVP to TRACS WA.

(Note that this event has been rescheduled from 14 September 2017.)
