Giiyong Writers’ Forum

 

Overview

This two-day forum celebrates Aboriginal literature and will explore and showcase the diverse nature of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander writing. It also aims to encourage local writers to tell their stories.

The event will be held at Jigamy, a property just north of Eden in New South Wales (NSW) and is open to those people exploring Aboriginal stories, issues and identity and is an opportunity to develop personal writing skills.

There will be presentations and readings from authors and educators from across Australia.
