myPHN Conference 2017: Transforming healthcare together

Overview

myPHN Conference 2017 will address how organisations and individuals can work together to provide optimum service to patients through a series of purposeful workshops and presentations.

This year's theme myPHN Conference 2017: Transforming healthcare together will explore the ever changing landscape of health across Australia, focusing on current health reforms, the future of digital health, and what they mean for the health sector.

After a sell-out inaugural event in 2016, myPHN will this year deliver a conference program to prepare delegates for the future, with key streams including social determinants of health, partnerships in primary health and digital and data innovation.

Conference Chair, Professor Brian Dolan, will lead the interactive two-day program which also includes pre-conference workshops, myPHN networking events and a Digital Health breakfast.

myPHN is offering a bursury for 20 Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health Worker/Practitioners currently practising to attend myPHN Conference 2017. For more information on the bursary follow the links below.

Bursury applications close on Friday 28 April 2017

Abstract submission closes on Friday 28 April 2017.
