Australian National University (ANU) Rural Medical Society Close the Gap Conference

 

Overview

This conference, hosted by the Australian National University Rural Medical Society, brings together health students, health professionals and community members from across Australia to hear from leaders working in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health. 

The conference will include a seminar which will inform delegates about current initiatives being implemented to improve Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, as well as what is still yet to be done, and a workshop which will explore Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, culture and cultural responsiveness in the workforce.
