The 2nd APTOS Congress aims to share with both ophthalmologists and tele-ophthalmologists how ophthalmic service delivery can be streamlined with the help of tele-ophthalmology.
Technological advances, when used can enable ophthalmologists to cut across distance to provide quality medical services and improved accessibility of individuals, both patients and medical practitioners alike. The conference is an opportunity to learn about new findings in the applications of tele-ophthalmology, such as the use of computer-aided diagnosis (CADx) combining elements of artificial intelligence (AI) with ophthalmic imaging processing, and their implications on public health at the 2nd APTOS Congress.
