This workshop will help dietitians take a holistic approach towards supporting their clients to achieve a healthy weight and how to help them put their nutrition plans into practice. The workshop is based on Project Dinnertime™ developed by Accredited Practicing Dietitians (APD's).
Leanne Elliston, APD will present evidence on the importance of food skills towards improving health outcomes.
Guest speaker, Rob Rees, will talk about his experience working in the food skills space in the United Kingdom, working alongside Jamie Oliver. He will inspire and challenge participants to think about how they can better support their clients to build food skills to help them achieve their healthy weight goals.
