Healthy Weight Week 2017

Overview

In 2017 Australia Healthy Weight Week (AHWW) will be the biggest yet with more events than ever being run by Accredited Practising Dietitians across the nation. Events include fun activities that promote achieving a healthy weight, such as fun runs, walks, kayaking, healthy breakfasts and morning teas, stalls, cooking demonstrations, games and displays.

As part of AHWW, Australian dietitians want to inspire all Aussies to cook at home more often to achieve a healthy weight. Run by the Dietitians Association of Australia, this important week is all about getting the right advice and support for those looking to be a healthy weight.

Australians are invited to attend a local event and pick up some great giveaways provided by the sponsors of AHWW.
