National Nutrition Week aims to raise awareness of the role food plays on health, and support the community to enjoy healthy eating. National Nutrition Week always includes World Food Day, which falls on Sunday 16 October in 2016.
This year, Nutrition Australia are encouraging all Australians to Try for 5 servings of vegetables a day during National Nutrition Week.
