Eye health web resource survey now online: tell us how we can meet your information needs!

Date posted: 16 November 2017

We'd like to know what you think about our Eye health web resource and diabetic retinopathy multimedia products!

The Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet and The Fred Hollows Foundation are working together to expand the Eye health web resource and develop a range of multimedia products about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander eye health.

We are currently conducting an evaluation of our web resources by running an online national user survey.

The 5-10 minute survey has been designed to seek your feedback, so that we continue to develop resources that meet the needs of our users.

The survey will run from Thursday 16 November to Thursday 30 November 2017. As a thank you for taking part, you may choose to enter the prize draw for a $150 gift voucher. If you complete the survey within the first week of it opening (by 5pm AEDT on Thursday 23 November), your name will go into the draw twice.

To participate, please click here.

If you have any questions or comments about the survey, please contact Sam as per the details below.
